We went to Westminster Abbey, but for some reasons after La Sainte-Chapelle and Notre-Dame, the Abbey does not impress you at all. Maybe, it was just cold inside. (Taking pictures is not allowed inside the Abbey).
On the way to Westminster we passed the Guards (sorry, another
standard picture, at least we are color-coordinated).
We passed House of Parliament with tough looking modern guards.
Dan found a couple of old "friends" (Churchill and Roosevelt).
On the way back we stopped at the oldest pub in London (The Lamb and Flag) and had Guinness. As Dima explained earlier, Guinness in England has nothing common with Guinness in the States. He was right.
