I had another, strictly business, trip to Haifa at the end of June. It was not much fun - long flights, 5 intense days of work, 40 °C (104 °F) temperature one day. This time we had the hotel on the beach, but Mediterranean at that place is not suitable for swimming - shallow waters and jelly fish.
Since it was "all work, no fun" trip, the fun had to be created artificially.
Here is me circa June 2010 (in the business park).
On the way back we decided to take a train to the airport. It was supposed to be easy, but apparently we took a wrong train. We did not realize it until we passed Tel-Aviv and noticed that we continued going South, presumably to Ashkelon. Fortunately, Israel is a small country and one can turn on a dime in no time.
