We arrived at the new terminal used by Air France; as usual, no signs or directions. The empty bus (Roissy) gave us an idea that Paris may be deserted at the moment and it proved true! No lines anywhere. The hotel was close to Opera, not far from the place where I stayed in 1998. For some reasons, now there are a lot of Japanese restaurants in that area. The hotel (Louvre Marsollier Opera) is small and cozy, but not recommended. We went for a walk in the afternoon trying to get to St.Chapelle (did not make it, they closed the place earlier than expected). Instead we went to Notre-Dame and then proceeded to Marais. On the way to the hotel we saw a pro-Gaza meeting near Les Halles. It sounded like a rap performance. Next door in St.Eustache they were giving soup, the line was quite big.
